For person(s) who register as a volunteer, the Personal Information we may collect may include:

Your name, your age, gender, your address and whether you are volunteering for either kite festival, stop the drop or both. Any other Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to submit, which includes(T-Shirt size, how many hours you are interested to volunteer, your interest(s),name of your Company/Group, number of members in your group, and your preferred area where you want to volunteer).

If you want to register as a sponsor, provided if you will have a multiple booths, the Information we may collect may include: your name, your business and booth name, address, phone number, email address, sponsorship contract which you have to upload, some additional information related with booth- size, name etc.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you communicate or interact with another person through our Website, including without limitation, all privacy and anti-spam legislation.

You may not provide us with the Personal Information of another person, unless you have the consent of that person as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. If you choose to provide us with the Personal Information of another person, you represent and warrant that you have their permission and consent to so, and their agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
